How many people can stay in the villa?
• The villa can accommodate up to 10 guests.
• There are 2 master bedrooms with en-suite and 2 twin rooms.
• There is also a comfortable sofa bed in the living room.

How far is the villa from the airport?
• Orlando Airport is approximately 30-40 minutes drive
• Sanford Airport is approximately 50-60 minutes away.

How far away are all the attractions?
• Disney World 10-15 mins.
• Universal Studios 20-25 mins.
• Seaworld 20 mins.
• Busch Gardens 60 mins.
• Golf 5 mins.
• Restaurants 5 mins.

Is the villa Air-conditioned?
Yes, it is fully air-conditioned. There are also ceiling fans in all bedrooms and on the lanai.

Is the pool overlooked?
The villa is located in a peaceful area and is very private. There are two villas on the left-hand side, but the immediate property has privacy screening. Currently there are only a few villas to the right-hand side and the property overlooks a beautiful lake and woodland area.

What pool safety measures are there?
The pool is completely enclosed. It can only be accessed from a gate in the screen or from 2 doors at the back of the villa. There is also a 4 ft high safety fence separating the pool from the house, which is quick and easy to install and we would recommend keeping it in place when young children are staying.

Are the pool and spa heated?
Yes. These can both be heated for an additional charge of £90 per week and we would recommend this between October and April. If the pool cannot reach optimum temperature due to adverse cold weather conditions the Owners or the Management Company cannot accept liability and no refund will be given.

How is the pool maintained?
Our Management Company takes care of this by checking the chemical balance and cleaning the pool and deck area weekly.

Is there an alarm fitted?
A house alarm is fitted for added security and you are advised to activate this when not occupying the villa.

I am a keen golfer, is there golf nearby?
For those of you looking for a Florida Golfing Holiday there is a wealth of golf courses nearby, the two closest being ChampionsGate (a PGA championship course designed by Greg Norman), and the prestigious community of Reunion, which has two signature golf courses designed by some of the greatest names in golf, namely Tom Watson and Arnold Palmer. A third golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus is in the process of being built. Both golf courses at Reunion were listed on Golfweek’s list of America’s Top 40 New Courses for 2005.

Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not allowed in the villa.

Do we need to bring linen/towels?
All bed linen and towels are provided with some for use by the pool (with a blue stripe).

What entertainment is provided?
The family room has a 42” HD plasma TV with surround sound and DVD player with a selection of DVDs.
A new games room is available with table soccer, pool, air hockey, darts and a chalk board for the little ones.

What about making phone calls?
All local calls are free (using area code 863) and numbers starting with 1-800 can be dialled free.
Other calls can be made using a credit card.

Who do we contact if we have any problems?
We have a local Management Company who can be contacted 24 hours a day and their details are provided in the villa.
