En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 comprising bath,

bedrooms 3 and 4.
Kitchen
Well equipped with upgraded units and appliances includes: large
cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with chilled water/ice machine, coffee maker, toaster,
kettle and other kitchen appliances.
Laundry Room
Separate laundry area with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing
board, iron and vacuum cleaner.
Living Rooms
Separate formal living/dining rooms with stylish leather suite
and leather bench seating dining suite.
Nook with high table and leather chairs. Family room with stylish
suite, 42” plasma TV, DVD player with a selection of DVDs, surround sound and patio doors leading to lanai and pool.
Games Room
with air hockey, pool, table football, darts board and chalk board
for the little ones.
Cleaning/Towels/Linen
Bed linen and towels are provided. The villa is fully cleaned before and after your stay, however, for bookings of less
than 7 nights there is an additional cleaning charge of £50.
Facilities
Hob/stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing
machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, cot, high chair, basic stroller, 2 booster seats for a car,
TV, telephone, air conditioning, room fans, private pool/spa,
pool/spa heating.

The Villa
Telephone Calls
- local calls (using area code 863) and numbers
starting with 1-800 can be dialled free.
Other calls can be made using a credit card.
Internet - There is a wireless internet connection.
Rubbish - Bins are
collected on Thursdays between 6am and 6pm.
Instruction Books
- for all appliances are in the kitchen drawer next to the fridge.
Linen - all bedding
and towels are provided, including some (with a blue stripe) for
use by the pool.
Arrival Day - the
villa will be available on your day of arrival from 4pm.
Departure Day -
on the day of departure you are required to vacate the villa by
11am, unless agreed in advance with the Owners.

The Pool
For safety reasons, please do not take
glass items into the pool area and use the plastic tumblers provided.
The pool filtration timer is pre-set by the Management Company and
should come on at least once a day.
If it does not, then please contact Paul/Paula at Ideal Choice (contact
details provided in the villa).
If you request pool heating, this will be switched on by the Management
Company before you arrive.
The pool spa is controlled by a timer (under the flap) on the outside
wall by the door into the pool bathroom.
You must turn the timer to at least 10 minutes before the spa will
operate and it can take a few minutes to
fully warm up.

ChampionsGate is only a few minutes drive
away by junction 58 off the Interstate 4 (I4).
Here you will find a shopping area with:-
• A Publix Supermarket with cash point outside.
• A Few Restaurants Italian,
Chinese and French, all of which provide take-aways.
• McDonalds
• Subway
• Liquor Store
• Movie Mania where you can hire
DVDs and games on presentation of a Driving Licence or Credit Card

• a selection of DVDs for all
ages are provided in the villa for your enjoyment
• Walgreens Pharmacy
• Petrol Station
• UPS Store where you can have
Internet access at 20c per minute
• Many more restaurants and shops
are available on the US192, which you can reach by travelling up
Old Lake Wilson Road.
Just beyond the shopping area is The Omni Resort with 2 golf courses
designed by Greg Norman and David Leadbetter.
